The only song from the 2012 'DOOR' Chicago trip that made it off the page. Caleb, Abe and I started calling ourselves 'Not Quite Brothers,' and had a blast jamming almost every day of the trip. As an intern, on the first night I attended a meeting with the youth group leaders about the different places we were going to go during the week. The Greater Chicago Food Depository stuck in my mind because everybody called it the GCFD... hmm, sounded like a chord progression to me. When we tried it out, we couldn't think of any other words, so we just wrote a song about the GCFD, with the chords G,C, F and D. Also, we had the first verse and the chorus stuck in everyone's heads before we even visited the place.

store them elsewhere instead of at the,

Maple Granola smells quite wonderfully,

Greater Chicago Food Depository x3
I'm always happy, here at the GCFD,
It's always a party working with me and Pete.
All kinds of people work at the GCFD,
but what I've found out is,
they're just like you and me
Greater Chicago Food Depository x2
It's also known as the GCFDepository
